placed trainees in a wide variety of internships since

The organisation of work experience
requires much expertise and know-how, as the
arrangement and administration of tailored placements
for undergraduates, graduates and professionals is not
an easy task. We have perfected our systems and
procedures and can offer a high-quality service to
participants of 14 and above and all vocational and
academic backgrounds. Our international placement team
is experienced in understanding the different cultures
and backgrounds of participants from the different
parts of the world, which enables us to react
professionally, efficiently and caringly to all
queries, uncertainties and possible problems our
customers may have.
In line with this, our host companies
are experienced in training, monitoring and guiding
our participants and meeting their individual
expectations and needs. Our aim is to visit and
inspect these companies regularly, which guarantees
that the placement quality is maintained and health
and safety regulations and equal opportunities
policies met.
In addition to these core activities,
Happy Kids Work Experience also provides a range of
focussed indivudual development programmes to provide
additional language support at a low cost.
